Included in your membership is access to our towing services. 

Here’s how it works:

• 15 Mile Tow Radius: You’re covered for tows within a 15-mile radius.
• Usage Limit: You can use this service up to 2 times for 6-month memberships, 4 times per year for annual memberships, and 1 time per month for month-to-month memberships.

We’ve got you covered with a range of roadside services:

• Lock Out Service: We’ll get you back into your car if you’re locked out.
• Emergency Gas: Enough fuel to get you to the nearest gas station.
• Battery Service: Includes jump-starts and on-site battery purchasing if needed.
• Tire Repair: Up to $250 reimbursement for tire repairs, available once a year. Just send your documents to claims@thejdm.club. (Note: This service is not available for month-to-month or 6-month memberships.)
• Other Services: Additional common tow services to ensure you’re covered in any roadside situation.

If your tires incur damage from a road hazard, we will reimburse you up to $250 per occurrence, once per year. Road hazards include debris on the road surface (e.g., rock, nail, glass, wood, tree limb/branch) or road surface conditions (e.g., potholes, cracks, breaks). To be reimbursed, submit your documents to claims@thejdm.club.
